Shipping:

Most items are normally shipped the same business day for orders placed before 2PM CST, paid with credit card without processing issues. Payment processing issues include: different shipping and billing addresses, billing information inconsistent with what's on the credit card record, and age verification. Orders placed during non-business hours such as evenings, weekends, and holidays are normally processed and shipped on the next business day.

Refund

We will only accept a return if it is returned in the original manufacturer�s packaging. Listed products (items that have listed prices on our web pages) may be returned within 30 days of receiving them;

Guarantee

We offer a 14 day money back guarantee (On Purchases). The product must be brand new (never used) and in perfect condition with all manufacturer's packaging. If for any reason the product does not live up to you expectation we will provide you with a full refund, minus our shipping costs (Only on purchases). On rental products the shipping is covered both ways.
Product returns must be made within fourteen (14) days of purchase. All returned products must be unopened and sealed inside the original packaging (No exceptions). All retuned products must be returned with the original packaging materials, including warranty cards, manuals and any other items. Failure to include all materials may result in additional charges

The Return Process

In order to return a product to us, you need to call or email us at: customerservice@porny4u.com Shipping and handling charges are not refundable for returns. Your credit card will be credited or an exchange unit will be sent once we receive and inspect the product. Most credit card companies will post the credit to your account within 48 hours, but it may take up to 2 weeks before your credit is posted.

Items that are not returnable once Opened:

- Toys (unless defective)
- DVD�s (unless defective)
- Items advertised as Open Stock (unless defective).
- Any personal items such as Toys or any other items that touch your mouth, your nose, or are inserted in your Body.
