How does your Rental Membership Program work? With our rental programs you can rent a limitless number of DVD�s for one price per month. Based upon the program you choose, you are allowed a certain number of movies at a time. However, that does not mean you�re limited only to those titles. You can rotate titles as often as you like. You can list all the movies you want to watch on �My Rental Selection�. We will mail each movie to you in the order you choose. Once you return a movie we will automatically mail the next movie on your list. Do I have to pay for shipping? Absolutely not, it�s free when we mail titles to you and free when you mail it back. All packages are shipped via First Class mail in discreet postage paid envelopes. After you�ve enjoyed your movie place it into the postage paid envelope and simply drop it into any U.S. Postal Service mailbox. How can I cancel my membership? There is no obligation, you can cancel at anytime. Just go to MY ACCOUNT page and click on �Cancel Membership� . You will receive a confirmation number which signifies that your cancellation is complete. You will also receive an email confirming your action to keep for your records. Can I rent an unlimited number of movies all at the same time? If so, how much is it? We have monthly and yearly programs. Depending on the program you choose you may select up to a specific number of videos at one time. However, you can rotate any number of movies as long as you like. For every movie you return we will send a replacement movie from your Rental Selection list. How much time do I have before I have to return the movie? As long as you are a member, there is no limit on the amount of time you can keep any title. What happens if want to buy one of the rentals I already have? If there is a movie that you enjoy you have the option of purchasing it. Simply click on the BUY MY COPY link on the SHIPPING STATUS page. Return the movie you want to purchase back to us and we will send you a brand spanking new one in its original packaging. That way you can add to your collection without having loose disks hanging around that may get scratched. The best part is that as a member you may purchase DVD�s at a discounted price. When I purchase a DVD, does that count towards the number of movies I can have at one time? Not at all, once you�ve returned the video you want to purchase we will automatically send you the next available title from you Rental Selection list. How will I know when my membership begins? Your membership begins on the date you sign up. You will receive an email confirming your membership. What day of the month will my card be charged? You will be charged on the anniversary of the day you begin your membership. If you begin your membership on the 15th day of the month your next bill will be due on the 15th of the following month and so forth, until you cancel. Your billing information can be found on MY ACCOUNT page. What forms of payment do you accept? We accept payment via credit card or debit card with Visa, MasterCard, American Express or discover logos. At all times we want to make sure that the right people are using their own information. As a result, we require a valid card to always be in the account so that we can safeguard orders, verify account information, and prevent fraudulent activities. I share a credit card with my spouse, and am afraid that �Porny 4U� will show up on my statements. What can I do to prevent this? You don�t have to so anything. Whether you share a credit card or have your own. Your card will only reflect a charge from �St. Auctions� We make sure all transitions are completely discreet. Are there any locations in the U.S. that you do not ship to? What will the shipping envelope say when they are shipped to me? Continuing with our commitment to privacy, all envelopes will show as coming from St. Auctions. There will be no sign of adult markings detected on the envelope. How soon will my order be shipped? Shipments are processed Monday thru Saturday which coincides with the availability of the U.S. Postal Service. All titles ordered will be shipped the same day. What if the disk I receive is faulty or there is a problem with shipping? We at Porny4u take pride in knowing that all of our products are up to standard before sending to you, but occasionally not so good products get through. Because this happens infrequently we have compiled a list of reasons that warrants returning a disk. Please click here to review these reasons. If there is a problem with shipping you may report it to the SHIPPING STATUS page. I lost the white cover with movie title on it, what do I do? If you lost the white sleeve, please just place a small note in the mailing envelope with your name and member number so that we can properly credit you for retuning the movie. If I�ve misplaced the envelope with your address and postage info, how do I get the movie back to you?
